Lee Anna promoted our home so well, we received multiple offers and sold over asking. She worked to bring the property into shape including adding some plants and touching up paint. We are Canadian so she had to hold our hand through understanding the byzantine process of selling a home in the US and dealing with the tax issues involved. She recommended some excellent advisors.
